temple square lights

I love how the trees at Temple Square drip with billions of lights-
it's a magnificent sight!
I can appreciate the time it takes to put up a few lights.
(I do the trees, Adam does the house.)

We visited the Saturday after Thanksgiving-- opening weekend!
(With the rest of Utah.)
It was cool and crisp out but no snow yet, so it was a perfect night to go.
Our yearly tradition.

P.S. Can someone please set up a hot chocolate booth somewhere near the temple?
That would be nice.

temple square lights

We have to see the lights every year, except, it seems we've skipped a few years...
Even this year we would plan, and that plan would fall through...
Turns out we went on the perfect night. It was high 40's (warm for Utah!) and although it rained the whole drive there, it stopped when we got there. We didn't even have to use our umbrellas. The sidewalks were shiny and glistening, and made the lights even more beautiful.

Do you see what I see? (Mr. O)
{stinkers}

It's worth going! I hope you can make it- AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!!
