Our fabulous neighborhood "Wednesday Getaways" have
continued this summer thanks to my friend Ann.
We went to Wheeler Farm for a picnic in their giant shady trees.
Seeing the animals and farm equipment was just icing on the cake.
(I wasn't planning on taking pictures, so these were from my iphone.)

picnic! |
We always park our picnic blankets right next to the stream so the kids can wade in it while we watch. |
Linc was being so hilarious-- laying just like this with only his head up and eating sooo much watermelon. Pretty soon we were all laughing at him- he looked like a little man drunk on watermelon. |
Hahaha! |
We visited the little country store right before we left for a little treat.
Jada was nice enough to give up the last reeses peanut butter cup ice cream bar to me- so sweet!
A great place for a picnic!
